Jessy is the founder of EQ’d, a consulting firm built on the belief that emotional intelligence is a powerful, underleveraged lever for scalable growth.

With 15+ years of global experience across strategy, marketing, and eCommerce, Jessy has successfully led both early-stage ventures and large-scale enterprises — from launching Gilt in its startup phase to driving transformation at Adidas and serving as VP of Marketing at Sunrun, the U.S. leader in residential solar and battery.

Across markets from Japan and France to the U.S., she’s delivered measurable business outcomes — unlocking growth through digital innovation, brand strategy, and operational excellence.

But behind every milestone, Jessy noticed a consistent thread: the highest-performing teams weren’t just smart — they were emotionally intelligent. When teams elevated their EQ, they didn’t just execute — they scaled faster, collaborated better, and built durable performance cultures. That insight became the foundation of EQ’d.
